I am a multifaceted artist, creating stories, illustrations, and paintings. I have an insatiable drive to explore various forms of creative expression. I prefer to read and write magical realism because it blends the fantastical with the everyday. This allows to highlight the wonders and mysteries that often go unnoticed in our daily lives. The unexpected magical occurrences within an otherwise realistic setting can surprise and delight readers.

From childhood, I was fascinated by the diverse ecosystems and wildlife in my surroundings. Weekends were spent hiking or biking through forests, observing animals in their natural habitats. I also spent many hours canoeing in a pond filled with wildlife.

As an adult, my home is a reflection of my love for nature and animals. My house and garden are filled with plants, natural light, and a variety of pets over the years.
